Derma Prene® IsoTouch® Micro

The Derma Prene® IsoTouch® Micro synthetic polyisoprene, powder-free surgical gloves offer exceptional dexterity, tactical sensitivity, and at the same time, outstanding strength and barrier protection. The Derma Prene® IsoTouch® Micro is ideal for delicate procedures in ophthalmic, micro, and cardiovascular surgery without the risks associated with natural rubber latex sensitization. The Derma Prene® IsoTouch® Micro can also serve as an underglove. Its micro-thickness allows for comfortable doublegloving. The Derma Prene® IsoTouch® Micro is green in color for instant identification as a natural rubber latex-free glove, which helps to reduce confusion and risks to those allergic to natural rubber latex.

Cuff Roll-Down:  This glove features Ansell’s patent-pending SureFit Technology. SureFit provides surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals with superior protection during operating room procedures.
Viral Penetration:  Although not required by the FDA, Ansell’s premium line of surgical gloves is tested to ensure protection against viral permeation. Derma Prene® IsoTouch® Micro has been tested and passed the viral penetration according to ASTM F1671 and F1670.
Bone Cement:  As long as the standard preparation and use directions for bone cement are followed, this glove provides a protective barrier for handling mixed bone cement product.

Donning
Alcohol Resistance:  Ansell’s proprietary polyurethane inner coating will not break down. It is resistant to alcohol-based hand disinfectants.
Damp-Hand Donnability:  Enhanced polymer coating allows easy dry and damp-hand donning.
Double Donnability:  Micro-thickness allows for easy and comfortable double-gloving.
Hand Fatigue
Stretchability (Modulus):  Because this glove is made from non-latex polyisoprene, wearers experience a more secure fit that provides greater comfort without bagginess.
Shape of Glove/Former:  Produced on new, ergonomically-designed formers to enhance fit and comfort, and to reduce hand fatigue and stress.
