Micro-Touch® Nitrile E.P.® examination gloves have an extended cuff that provides extra protection over the wrist and arm for healthcare professionals in high-risk clinical settings. The extra protection is needed when dealing with chemotherapy agents, bodily fluids and blood-borne pathogens. It provides excellent chemical and puncture resistance and is textured for better grip in wet and dry procedures.

Infection Control
Allergy Concerns:  This examination glove is made of 100% nitrile. It does not contain natural rubber latex thus addressing Type I (latex) allergy concerns.
Sterilization:  This is a non-sterile examination glove.
Quality Benchmarks:  Meets or exceeds ASTM examination glove standards. Manufactured within the quality guidelines of ISO 13485:2003, ISO 9001:2008 and FDA-QSR. FDA approved for handling chemotherapy drugs.1
Cuff:  Extended 12" straight, reinforced cuff.
Resistance:  Nitrile film has excellent puncture and chemical resistance. Nitrile gloves are recommended for conditions where high strength and chemical protection are required.

This glove is tested for use with the following 9 chemotherapy drugs: Carmustine, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin Hydrochloride, Cisplatin, Dacarbazine, 5-Fluorouracil, Etoposide, Paclitaxel and ThioTEPA.
